New Leaf Skin Care was estalished in 1995 and we pride ourselves in providing professional trained beauty therapists that continue with post graduate education and bring to you the latest treatments technology. We are members of the Association of Beauty Therapists New Zealand and recognised Dermalogica Skin Centres of Excellence. New Leaf Skin Care Upper Hutt is very proud to be awarded Dermalogica TOP SKIN CENTRE 2012.

    Arrival

    If you are having a facial, body or package treatment we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow you to complete your consultation card without going into your treatment time. We aim to run on schedule for all of our treatments and so we ask that you arrive promptly to avoid having your treatment time reduced.

    Tuesday            9am - 7.00pm

    Wednesday      9am - 5.30pm

    Thursday           9am - 7.30pm

    Friday                 9am - 5.30pm

    Saturday            9am - 4pm

    Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail or website.

    Prices include GST and are subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Farmers, Q Card

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can re-book your time with someone else. We will always endeavour to re-book the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges apply:

    • For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies

    • For package bookings a credit card number is required to secure your booking. A 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed within 48 hours.

    Client Loyalty Programme

    Earn New Leaf Loyalty Points and redeem them on your treatments or products.

    Gift Vouchers

    For your convenience, you can order gift vouchers and we can deliver to your loved one or colleague.

    Gift vouchers are available for either a dollar value or specific treatment. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and presented in a handmade gift pocket.

    Gift vouchers can be purchased by telephone or email.
